Apply for the Undergraduate Program

To take an undergraduate/bachelor's degree the applicant should complete the following required documents:

  1. Application Form (download)
  2. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  3. Scan of Financial Statement letter (download)
  4. Scan of statement letter (download)
  5. Scan of Current health certificate (Medical Statement from Hospital or Medical Clinic, it should have been issued in the last three months)
  6. Scan of Passport 
  7. Scan of Passport Cover 
  8. Scan of completion certificate of the last educational background
  9. Scan of academic transcript for the last educational background
  10. The latest academic grade transcript
  11. Scan a Printed Bank Account Statement (Min. USD 2000, the last three months)
  12. Soft file Photo 4 cm x 6 cm red background
  13. Preferably able to speak and write in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
